- Q: Is your products authentic and brand new ?
- A: All items sold at headporter.sg are GUARANTEED to be authentic and brand new. If not 100x your money back. Each headporter purchase from headporter.sg comes with the respective genuine headporter plastic bag/envelope, authenticity cards and tags.
- Q: Why is it some items come with headporter plastic bag and some comes with headporter envelope ?
- A: For bags/pouches/wallets/cardcases, they normally come with headporter plastic bag. However, the size of the plastic bag varies according to the size of the product. A bigger item (for e.g. Zip Shoulder), would have a bigger plastic bag as compared to a smaller item (for e.g. iPod Pouch). All accessories (handphone strap, lanyard, karabiner) comes with the headporter envelope ONLY.
- Q: Are you able to bring in products that are not listed on your web?
- A: Over at headporter.sg, we value our customers feedback. Just drop us an email at sales@headporter.sg with the item(s) that you're interested in and we'll consider bringing it in in the next restock.
- Q: When is the next restock date ?
- A: Headporter.sg's restock date is not fixed and therefore there is no definite answer on when the next shipment comes in. Hence, if an item interests you, grabbed it before its gone !
